Published in and still accurate in definition. That say a lot. Unfortunately, and it is a great pity, my Kindle version does not contain the sketches that illustrate the theory of this book.

With great imagination you might be able to visualize what the author was trying to convey. Still a good reference to have on the subject, and it is free/5(11).
